Charity begins with everyone

When we give cheerfully and accept

gratefully, everyone is blessed.

We are completely dependent on your generous donations to keep our ministry alive.

What we have done with your money:

  • For 7 years we have provided on duty law enforcement, fire, and EMS a free meals anytime our food truck was out.
  • We fed over 5,000 for free in Rockport, Texas in 2017 immediately following the landfall of Hurricane Harvey.
  • We have used our food truck during Wassailfest in New Braunfels for 3 years in a row and have donated all proceeds to a local church youth ministry.
  • We have donated countless free meals to teachers, students, various charities, and anyone in need of a hot meal in the New Braunfels, Texas area over the past 7 years.
  • We fed The entire Comal County law enforcement, fire, and EMS community and their families in 2019 for free in appreciation for their service to our communities.
  • We regularly give free crawfish boils away for various charities in our New Braunfels community to bid on as a fund raising effort for their respective charity.
  • We smoked over 200 turkeys for free in 2020 for thanksgiving for the “Mom’s of New Braunfels” to give to needy local families.
  • We have provided free Thursday night meals twice per year for several years feeding thousands of men spanning 3 different area churches with the purpose of evangelization and making better fathers and husbands.
  • We have provided free catering to local residents during funerals following the loss of a loved one.
  • We have donated several free meals to the incarcerated feeding hundreds of men during holidays to benefit the Kolbe Prison Retreat Ministry efforts to evangelize the incarcerated.
  • We fried 10 turkeys for Billy’s Ice for no charge to raffle in 2019 to benefit the New Braunfels food bank.
  • We fed over 8,500 for free in Sulphur, DeQuincy, Moss Bluff, and Lake Charles in August of 2020 following the landfall of Hurricane Laura in Louisiana.
  • We fed over 10,000 for free in Sulphur, DeQuincy, Abbeville, Kaplan, and Crowley in October 2020 following the landfall of Hurricane Delta in Louisiana.
  • We teamed up with a local organization in November of 2020 to provide complete thanksgiving meals and dessert to every firefighter at every fire station in Canyon Lake on Thanksgiving day.
    In February of 2021 we used our food truck on two occasions for our food ministry donating all proceeds to our food ministry and in return provided the donors with hot delicious Cajun cuisine.
  • We provided a free catered meal for 350 and served it to benefit the Women’s Crisis Center in New Braunfels in February of 2021.
  • We provided enough free fresh salad to feed 900 to the CRCC Food Bank in Canyon Lake in February of 2021.
    For 2 days we personally delivered free hot meals and hot chocolate to residents in need of Comal county during the winter storm of 2021 that paralyzed our city for 5 days.
  • We fed all law enforcement officers and firefighters for free who stopped by our catering shop during the winter storm of 2021 while on duty.
  • We provided a free lunch for 55 women to a local church in March of 2021 to benefit their womens ministry with the purpose of making better wives and mothers through evangelization.
